ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, we will try our best to resolve your query, but if the order has already been processed, we may not be able to accommodate your request. RETURNS & REFUNDS Faulty or damaged items, incorrect item/s received We value customer satisfaction and we apologize if you have received a damaged or faulty item. Should you have received a faulty or damaged item or received the incorrect items, please contact us within within 30 days of the delivery date. We will ensure that the matter is resolved as timelessly as possible. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item please send us an email on info@skiinx.co.za with the below - Image of the faulty or damaged item - Order number - Ideal channel of communication – email/cell phone Faulty items can be disposed of once confirmed by us , we would not require you to return it back to useless advised to do so. We do need evidence of the fault or else we cannot action a replacement. Returning of unopened products (store credit/exchange only) Should you wish to return your products, please contact us at info@skiinx.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order details and explaining the reason for your return. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with its packaging intact (i.e., in a security seal unopened). If we approve your return, kindly return the unopened items to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping for the return is at the customer’s expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. You will be provided with a return from that will need to be included in your return, this needs to be filled out correctly to ensure that there are no refund delays or unidentifiable packages. Please note the following terms & conditions 1. Sample sizes cannot be returned/refunded. They are excluded from this policy 2. Shipping cost for the return will be on the customer's expense. The customer will be liable to ensure the package is traceable, as SKIINX will not be liable for returns that get lost in the mail or sent to the wrong address. 3. Original shipping cost (from us to you) will not be reimbursed and will be subtracted from your refund (even if you were eligible for free shipping.) Please allow up to 10 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and approve, we process your refund. Refunds will be issued as store credit excluding original shipping charges. We recommend customers thoroughly review the ingredients list provided on our product packaging and website to identify any potential allergens or irritants that may cause an adverse reaction. In the event of an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity, we advise customers to discontinue use immediately and consult with a medical professional. Due to the individual nature of allergies and sensitivities, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for such cases. • Domestic shipping within SA is free on orders over ZAR 590 and takes 3-5 business days (during sales & product launches, it can take up to 10 business days). • For orders under R 590, shipping is calculated according to the best rate available for our client at the time of checkout and this can vary according to your location and the courier service. • Surcharge: In rare instances, for high-risk/ outlying areas, the couriers might add a surcharge- this surcharge will be communicated with the customer and surcharge will have to be covered by the customer • Once your item is dispatched the courier will be in contact with you, in the even that they are unable to get hold of you for delivery and SKIINX has attempted to contact you as well to no avail. International Orders We ship internationally with DHL express. International rates will be applied at checkout. Duties and taxes might be applicable according to your country's laws.
